The health monitor for your pet
Keep everything that matters in one place. So nothing is forgotten at the next vet appointment.
When a pet is chronically ill, it is often the many small things that the vet really needs to know: How were the stools over the last few days? When exactly did you adjust the medication dose? Did your pet eat less in the heat, or was it even restless? Is your furry friend suddenly drinking more – and since when exactly?
Pet Monitor helps you record all of that and much more – precisely, reliably, and without having to rely on your memory later at the vet and perhaps give inaccurate information.
You can also upload photos in the app – with a date. That is especially useful for documenting wound healing and allergy flare-ups.
Pet Monitor turns all the data into a clear table – either as an Excel sheet or a PDF report. You can print both and take them to the next vet visit or send them by email. That way the vet can quickly see changes.
In Pet Monitor you can also enable free-text fields. In the notes you can record, for example, when it was a very hot day. With that extra context, your pet's reduced appetite looks far less dramatic in hindsight.
The app makes no diagnoses and gives no advice – it documents. But that is often what makes the big difference at the vet: concrete data instead of “I think that was last Tuesday”. So important clues for the treatment are not lost.

Several people in the household, one shared record: with sharing (iPhone and iPad) everyone enters their observations into the same app. So the record stays complete even when it is not always the same person at home.
A clear export: all entries can be summarised as a PDF or an Excel sheet – ready to show or print. Your vet gets a complete picture at a glance.
